Tara is becoming a recognized pioneer in the field of retail marketing and sales. She brings to the table an intimate knowledge of the music retail sales industry as a former leading store manager. As a business owner, entrepreneur and direct marketer, Tara's ideas and marketing system have resulted in proven exposure and retail success for her clients. In 1999, began working as retail store manager for Wherehouse Music and eventually with FYE. Under her guidance, her store received numerous "top 50" rankings in the company and consistently met and exceeded weekly sales goals. Further, on her own initiative, Ms. Garrett created several offsite retail opportunities at top concert venues and clubs around Metro Atlanta. Those offsite opportunities, combined with ideas from current C.O.O. Shannon Holmes, formed the genesis of Face2Face M.E.G. Face 2 Face's first charted single "Ridiculous Underworld Recordings" by J. Bully – hit the charts in August 2003. Since then Face2Face clients have consistently proven to be chart successes.
